These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Velchur customer app, the Velchur for Business owner app, and this website (together, the "Service"), operated by Velchur ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You sign in using a one-time password (OTP) sent to your phone number. You're responsible for keeping access to that phone number secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Payment collection is handled by our payment processing partners. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank account details on our servers. You're responsible for any charges you authorize through the Service.
Wallet credits and loyalty points earned through referrals, cashback, promotions, or bookings can be redeemed toward future bookings as described in the app. They have no cash value outside the Service, are non-transferable, and we may adjust or expire them to prevent abuse or as promotions end.
Reviews and ratings should reflect your genuine experience. We may remove content that's fraudulent, abusive, or violates these Terms. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to display it within the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to circumvent booking or payment systems, submitting fraudulent bookings or reviews, or interfering with the Service's normal operation.
The Velchur name, logo, and app are our property or that of our licensors. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended.
The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that listings are always accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or the quality of services provided by salons, which are independent businesses.
To the extent permitted by law, Velchur is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including disputes between you and a salon.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
